The Ways & Means Committee released the Discussion Draft Protecting the Integrity of Medicare Act 2014 last week. Section 17 of the discussion draft would create a Lock-In Program for Medicare beneficiaries to help combat prescription drug abuse and fraud, waste, and abuse of controlled substances.
