Do you know an NCPDP member who has risen above and become actively involved in NCPDP; accomplished outstanding achievements or shown exemplary leadership; or devoted considerable time and effort to make contributions toward meeting the goals and objectives of NCPDP?

Member Recognition Award nominations are being accepted for the following:

• The Individual Member Excellence (TIME) Award - devoted considerable and sustained personal time, effort and other contributions toward meeting the goals and objectives of NCPDP.
• The Benjamin D. Ward Distinguished Member Award - accomplished outstanding achievements or shown exemplary leadership and service on behalf of NCPDP.
• The Rising Star Award - risen above the norm to become actively involved in the organization in their first three cumulative years of membership. Click here for a list of members eligible for the Rising Star Award.

It's easy to nominate one of your heroes. Just log in to the Member Portal and complete a nomination form. The nomination form for each category will explain the purpose, the guidelines and eligibility, and the nomination process.
