NCPDP manages a listing of all state pharmacy assistance programs (SPAPs) and AIDS drug assitance programs (ADAPs).
This list can be used by Part D sponsors in reconciliation efforts along with helping patients manage true out of pocket (TrOOP) costs for their beneficiaries. Read more about the SPAP ADAP BIN PCN Spreadsheet on the NCPDP website.
Beginning March 10, 2017, the industry is asked to use this updated spreadsheet as a reference guide only. The spreadsheet assists with the identification of ADAP and SPAPs but is not meant to be an all-inclusive list of all TrOOP eligible qualified payers to drive claims processing.
