    Title: PBM Product Manager

    Location: Cumming, GA

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Project management of product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation
    • Champion the PBM and ADAP/Government Program Implementation strategy and define the implementation roadmap
    • Act as a subject matter expert for PBM and Government Programs
    • Deliver Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
    • Participate in beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
    • Pharmacy network development and support
    • Drive an end-to-end solution set across all DataRx teams through business requirements, contracting, implementation and billing
    • Support VP Operations in the development and implementation of a PBM and Government Program go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
    • Develop and conduct specialized training for new product launches and updates to existing products, as well as raise awareness and application of relevant subject matter for sales and account management
    • Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post launch/changes
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP Operations

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • None


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum seven years of experience in the pharmacy or PBM industry.
    • Minimum of 5 years working with the NCPDP Telecommunications Standard and claims data
    • Experience in project management and implementations
    • NCPDP Work Group and Task Group Participation
    • Experience working with 340B and/or Government Programs
    • Pharmacy software experience
    • Experience with running and evaluating test claims for adjudication functionality
    Additional Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated success in managing project implementations
    • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel. SQL experience a plus.
    • Familiarity with EDI and X12 Standards
    • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation
    • Be a self-starter; a highly motivated person able to work in a face paced environment that is continually changing
    • Proven ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, exercise tact, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Ability to write and deliver training courses and materials
    • Ability to clearly document implementation plans and business cases
    • Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency
    • Ability to establish and meet expected completion dates for work being performed
    • Exceptional planning skills and ability to work within change control parameters
    • Demonstrated commitment to providing customer-focused quality service
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
    • Additional skills required: project management, group facilitation, time management, analytical thinking, problem solving, teamwork
