NCPDP’s 2017 Annual Technology & Business Conference will be held May 8-10 at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Your Annual Conference registration fee covers all business programs and specified meals on the schedule of events. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. Daily and/or one-day passes are not available. If you plan to attend the work group meetings, May 7-8, you must register separately for them. NCPDP members do not pay registration fees to attend work group meetings; it is part of the membership benefits
If you register for the Annual Conference as a non-member, you receive a one-year NCPDP membership with your paid registration. So, there is no additional cost to participate in the work groups, May 7-8.
The spouse registration category is for non-pharmacy industry spouses or companions who wish to attend the NCPDP 2017 Annual Conference.
Early bird registration is available until March 10, 2017. The deadline for online registration for both the work group and the conference is April 28, 2017. NCPDP will continue to accept the registration forms by mail, email or fax with credit card information up to the beginning of the conference.
All registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at NCPDP’s office. For cancellations made prior to April 7, 2017, NCPDP will refund the registration fee less a $100 administrative processing fee; however, refunds will not be processed until after the conference. All refunds will be made within 30 days after the end of the conference. Registration fees for cancellations received after April 7, 2017 will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.
Conference registrations may be transferred from one person to another within the same company for a transfer fee of $100. If you originally paid the member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a non-member, you are required to pay the difference in registration fees as well as the transfer fee. If you originally paid the non-member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a member, you forfeit the difference in the registration fees.

Hotel suites are available to sponsoring organizations at the Silver level and above. Hotel suites are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability.
