NCPDP Annual Conference:
Registration Information

NCPDP’s 2018 Annual Technology & Business Conference will be held May 7-9 at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Your Annual Conference registration fee covers all business programs and specified meals on the schedule of events. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. Daily and/or one-day passes are not available. If you plan to attend the work group meetings, May 6-7, you must register separately for them. NCPDP members do not pay registration fees to attend work group meetings; it is part of the membership benefits.

If you register for the Annual Conference as a non-member, you receive a one-year NCPDP membership with your paid registration. So, there is no additional cost to participate in the work groups, May 6-7.

Spouse Policy

The spouse registration category is for non-pharmacy industry spouses or companions who wish to attend the NCPDP 2018 Annual Conference.

Registration Deadline

Early bird registration is available until February 16, 2018. The deadline for online registration for both the work group and the conference is April 27, 2018. NCPDP will continue to accept the registration forms by mail, email or fax with credit card information up to the beginning of the conference. You can also register onsite.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at NCPDP’s office. For cancellations made prior to April 6, 2018, NCPDP will refund the registration fee less a $100 administrative processing fee. Registration fees for cancellations received after April 6, 2018 will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Transfer Policy

Conference registrations may be transferred from one person to another within the same company for a transfer fee of $100. If you originally paid the member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a non-member, you are required to pay the difference in registration fees as well as the transfer fee. If you originally paid the non-member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a member, you forfeit the difference in the registration fees.

The discounted rate of $265, which includes high speed internet access in guest rooms, is only available while supplies last and must be booked by April 3, 2018. Each year the NCPDP Room Block sells out so be sure to make your reservations early!
