Prior Authorization Pilot Information
In response to findings from the 2006 pilots between prescribers and payers, industry requested an XML-based prior authorization function. The documents included in this zip file are DRAFT documents created by NCPDP and are only to be used in the 2009-2010 PA pilots. The documents should not be distributed, copied, or shared beyond PA pilot participants.
Reciprocal Agreements with Other Organizations
NCPDP has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or reciprocal agreements with industry organizations to share in industry participation.
