How to Register
Online registration to the NCPDP 2012 Annual Conference closes April 20, 2012, however registration will be available right up to the beginning of the conference. After April 20, you may register by mail, email or fax with a credit card. Attendees registered by April 20 will be included in the Attendee Roster handout provided to every conference attendee. Registrations received by NCPDP after April 30 will be processed on site. To download registration forms, please click on the links at the bottom of this page.

Annual Conference attendees must be members of NCPDP. Registration is open to both members and non-members. The non-member registration fee includes a one-year membership in NCPDP.

What Registration Covers
Annual Conference registration fees cover all business programs and specified meals on the schedule of events during the conference for one registrant. Your registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. Daily and/or one-day passes are not available, except for the Work Group sessions. If you plan to attend Work Groups on May 6 and 7, you must register separately for them. Work Group registration is complimentary for NCPDP members. If you have registered for the conference with the non-member fee, you receive a one-year membership so there is no additional cost for Work Group participation. Be sure to use the member registration form for Work Group registration.

Spouse Policy
The "Spouse" registration category is for non-pharmacy industry spouses or companions who wish to visit the NCPDP 2012 Annual Conference. Some other events may also require an additional registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at the Council office. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Transfer Policy
Conference registrations may be transferred from one company representative to another from the same company for a $75 conference transfer fee. Conference transfers will only be accepted if the replacement is an NCPDP member or pays the membership dues ($650).
