Early Registration is Encouraged!
All members are encouraged to register early for the Annual Conference. Please refer to the chart below for Conference registration fees for members, non-members and spouses. Please note that all Conference attendees must be NCPDP members and that NCPDP membership is on an individual rather than on a corporate basis. Employees of a member company are not automatically NCPDP members. Fees are based on the date payment is postmarked.

What Registration Covers
Annual Conference registration fees cover all business programs and specified meals on the schedule of events during the Conference for one registrant. Daily and/or one-day passes are not available, except for the Work Group sessions. If you plan on attending Work Groups you must register separately. Registration for Work Groups will be available in March.

Your registration fee does not include your hotel accommodations.

Registration is available via fax, mail or online. Please click on the links below for the printable registration form or the online registration form.

Spouse Policy
The "Spouse" registration category is for non-pharmacy industry spouses or companions who wish to visit the NCPDP 2010 Annual Conference. Some other events may also require an additional registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at the Council office. For cancellations made prior to March 6, 2010, NCPDP will refund the entire registration fee; however, refunds will not be processed until after the Conference. Registration fees for cancellations received after March 6, 2010, will not be refunded. In addition, refunds will NOT be made for no-shows. Transfer Policy
Conference registrations may be transferred from one company representative to another from the same company at no cost, if done by March 6, 2010. A $75 conference transfer fee will be required if the substitution is made after March 6, 2010. Conference transfers will only be accepted if the replacement is an NCPDP member or pays the membership dues ($650).
