NCPDP’s Emerging Professional Fellowship is an exciting professional growth opportunity for one ambitious member to work closely with the NCPDP Strategic Planning Committee (SPC).
The chosen applicant will learn firsthand how the Committee develops strategic goals, initiatives and metrics to help shape the direction of the Council. The Fellow will be actively engaged in implementing initiatives and achieving goals.
If you are within your first seven years of NCPDP membership, or are new to the industry, and you want to grow and contribute as a leader, this may be an opportunity for you. The Fellowship is an 18-month commitment, including a six-month observation period in the beginning and a six-month mentoring of the new, incoming Emerging Professional Fellow at the end of the term.
In the SPC Fellowship, you will develop and enhance leadership, critical thinking, teamwork and strategic planning skills. You will be mentored by senior leadership of NCPDP to help you on your path of member leadership at NCPDP.
If selected for the Fellowship, you will be required to attend the two-hour, in-person SPC meetings at all NCPDP quarterly work group meetings (beginning May 2019) and monthly, one-hour SPC Conference calls for the duration of the fellowship.
For consideration to participate in the program, submit a completed application with an emailed confirmation of approval from your direct supervisor, to Nicole Russell via email by March 31, 2019.
