These sessions are limited to a maximum of two (2) speakers. However, the 2027 Annual Conference Committee will consider more than two speakers/panel discussions if the topic warrants and the proposal must include a thorough description and detailed information on the session and speakers/panelists (all form fields must be completed). Rapid-fire, Hot Topic Session - 30-minute sessions focused on a high-level overview of an emerging trend. These sessions are designed to be cutting-edge and highly focused, requiring the presenter to share ideas and achieve learning objective(s) in 20 minutes, with the remaining 10 minutes open for interactive discussion. These sessions are intended for one speaker but if the topic warrant, can have a maximum of two (2) speakers. *Title of Presentation *Presentation Abstract For accreditation and conference marketing purposes (100 word maximum). *Description of Presentation Content Space provided for a more detailed review of content to be covered during this session for the Annual Conference Committee to review. *Primary Speaker's Biography Short paragraph (50 words maximum) for each speaker. *Co-Presenter's Biography Short paragraph (50 words maximum) for each speaker. *Outline Basic outline structure or bullet points that give a quick overview of presentation. *Learning Objectives Three (3) objectives are required for a 30-minute session, and five (5) objectives are required for a 60-minute session for accreditation by the ACPE. *Post-Test Questions Five (5) multiple choice and true/false questions based on the learning objectives with correct answer highlighted answer explanations highlighted for each question. *Will this presentation be given at any meetings or conferences within six months before NCPDP’s Annual Conference, May 3 - 5, 2027? conference? YesNo * required fields I understand that by submitting this form, I acknowledge and accept the following: If I am selected to present at the NCPDP 2027 Annual Technology & Business Conference that I can attend conference the day I present free of charge and that I can purchase the additional days of conference for a discounted speaker fee of $550, and that I can receive one complimentary night of lodging at the conference venue the day before or the day of speaking. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for all travel expenses, including but not limited to additional lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, etc. NCPDP welcomes the submission of proposals on a variety of topics for its Annual Technology & Business Conference. Any proposal that includes topics or content relating to NCPDP’s strategic initiatives or goals outlined in its Strategic Plan should support the Council’s work in the presentation in order to be considered as a potential session for the conference. This practice ensures consistent and focused support for NCPDP’s priority work in its educational programming and EDvocacy.
