For 20 years, the Arizona State University (ASU) Center for Health Information and Research (CHiR) has been a community resource and partner for organizations and individuals seeking comprehensive health information, data analytics and reporting for public, private and research uses. CHiR collects and analyzes health and social determinants data from a variety of sources in our secure central repository. All data are linkable, creating one of the most complete and accurate longitudinal profiles of individuals and populations over time and across providers and insurers in Arizona. CHiR is housed within the College of Health Solutions (CHS), which is dedicated to translating scientific advances into practical interventions to improve health outcomes through education, research and service. With its highly collaborative translational teams, affinity networks, and academic programs, CHS offers training programs in behavioral health, biomedical diagnostics, biomedical informatics, executive and continuing education, exercise science, health promotion, health sciences, kinesiology, medical studies, nutrition, population health, the science of health care delivery, and speech and hearing science.
