NCPDP Annual Conference:
Registration Information

NCPDP’s 2022 Annual Technology & Business Conference will be held May 2-4, 2022 at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Your Annual Conference registration fee gives you access to educational programming and other special events, as detailed in the Conference Schedule. Daily and/or one-day passes are not available.

If you register for the Annual Conference as a non-member, you receive a one-year NCPDP membership with your paid registration.

IMPORTANT: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative PCR/NAAT Test Required of all Attendees
NCPDP has published its Health & Safety Protocol and requirements for participation at the 2022 Annual Conference. All attendees, speakers, staff must either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination before departure OR proof of a negative PCR or NAAT test taken within 72 hours of departure. NCPDP will have a third-party healthcare organization manage the collection of vaccination information and testing results submitted by all participants. Click here for more details. Registration Deadline

Early bird registration has been extended to March 18, 2022. The deadline for online registration is Wednesday, April 27, 2022. NCPDP will continue to accept the registration forms by mail, email or fax with credit card information up to the beginning of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations are considered official on the date they are received in writing at NCPDP’s office. For cancellations made prior to April 11, 2022, NCPDP will refund the registration fee less a $100 administrative processing fee. Registration fees for cancellations received after April 11, 2022 will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Transfer Policy

Conference registrations may be transferred from one person to another within the same company for a transfer fee of $100. If you originally paid the member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a non-member, you are required to pay the difference in registration fees as well as the transfer fee. If you originally paid the non-member fees but would like to transfer the registration to a member, you forfeit the difference in the registration fees.

The discounted rate of $280 per night for single/double occupancy includes high speed internet access in guest rooms. This rate is only available while supplies last and must be booked by March 29, 2022. The room rate is effective 4 days pre- and post-conference, based on availability. Be sure to make your reservation early as the room block fills up quickly.

Hotel suites are available to member companies at the Silver conference sponsorship level and above, on a first-come, first-served basis with limited availability.
